Sale or Return: We do not offer a sale or return option.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required. Where possible, the item(s) should be returned in their original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, please fill in the [Returns Form.pdf] on our website.
What Happens When a Product is Returned: We offer Replacements or Credit Notes on faulty items.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed once we have received the item. Once your return is received, it will undergo an inspection. We will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If rejected, the item will be sent back to you. If approved, we will contact you to confirm the return option.
